What do I need to rent a vehicle?

A valid driver’s licence held for at least two years, a Ghana Card or passport, one proof of address, and a refundable security deposit. Corporate accounts can be set up on request.
Self Drive
Do you offer self-drive?

Yes, on most saloons, SUVs and the pickup. The Prado, Hiace and coach are supplied with one of our drivers only.
Chauffeur
Can you provide a driver?

Every vehicle can be hired with a driver. Ten hours a day is included, with overtime charged hourly and an allowance for night stops away from base.
Rental
Can I rent long-term?

Weekly, monthly and project-term hire are all available, with the rate fixed for the term and servicing included.
Mobile Money and card through our payment gateway, or bank transfer for account customers. Every payment produces a receipt against your booking.
Deposits
When is my deposit returned?

After the return inspection, normally within three working days, less any agreed charges for fuel, damage or late return.
Bookings
Is my booking confirmed immediately?

Rental requests are checked by staff against fleet availability and your documents before confirmation, which protects you from double-booking.
Cancellations
What is the cancellation policy?

Rentals are free to cancel up to 48 hours before collection. Inside 48 hours, one day is charged.

Adidome and Sogakope in the Volta Region, with delivery to Accra and Kotoka Airport on request.

Can businesses rent vehicles?

Yes. Corporate accounts cover staff movement, executive transport, project vehicles and field teams, invoiced monthly.
