Yes. The booking form takes your vehicle details, the services you need and an appointment slot from the workshop diary.

Call the workshop directly on 0536210445. We keep slots open each day for breakdowns and recovery.
Mobile Money and card through our payment gateway, or bank transfer for account customers. Every payment produces a receipt against your booking.
Bookings
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?

Yes. Slots come from the workshop diary, so the time you pick is held for you as soon as you book. We only call if a part has to be ordered first.
Cancellations
Can I move or cancel an appointment?

At any time and at no cost, from your dashboard or by phone. Parts ordered specially for an approved job may be charged if the job is cancelled after ordering.
Autocare
Will you tell me the cost before starting?

Always. After inspection you receive an itemised quotation, and work begins only on the items you approve.
